Positive Reflection

When our minds begin to adjust to the desire for good, we discover many wonderful things around us to reflect upon. It is like a stone thrown into a lake; it only takes a little explosion to grow, grow and think for yourself to produce the best results.

Reflection on my Amal Journey

Amal made me think over the incidents that have a profound effect on the way I think, the way I see things, or the way I do things. During my fellowship I came across some of the positive changings that can be summed up in the following questions…

  • What was the instance that had the most impact on you?

The activities about “Smart Goals” and “Comfort Zone” have a great impact on me. Before joining Amal Academy I used to have a lot of confusion regarding my goals and career. After joining the Amal Academy I have a clear mindset about my career. Second was the phobia of not telling about myself and plans about my life but after getting sessions and going to online courses I was able to leave my comfort zone. This helped me to open up to my peers and mentors.

  • What about this incident made you think about yourself and the way you see things around you?

My mind used to stick to many of the career goals instead of one. I have never tried to stick to the main goal. It’s like now I’ve a proper statement of my future goal to work upon and I can solve the major and even a minor of my problems in a better way. Now I can share my thoughts easily to take feedbacks or suggestions.

  • How much of this realization was the result of the way the other people/person around you acted and exhibited their energy?

I got Best PM,PA and Amal fellows who literally filled all that loopholes and made me a problem solver and helped me out to leave my comfort zone. They exhibited their positive energy and helped me to find out a track. The talented people I found in Amal who never judged me but gave me constructive feedback and suggestions.

  • Looking back, how do you think you would do things differently?

There were many of the things that I could do them in a better way. I could work over my smart goals and all that failures. But the thing is I changed my old version and improved myself according to new plans.
