The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. These intervals are named Pomodoro, the plural in English of the Italian word Pomodoro (tomato) , after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Cirillo used as a university student

✨Step 1 is to decide a task to be done.

I decided to write an article.

✨Step 2 is to set an Alarm

I set an Alarm of 25 minutes.

✨Step 3 is to work on the task until timer rings.

I worked started until the timer rings. Distraction pops in my mind. I checked Instagram for 2 minutes during the task.

✨Step 4 is to put a star on a piece of paper after timer tings.

After 25 minutes the timer rings and a put a star on a piece of paper. I took a break of 5 minutes and came back to the work.

🤞This Technique is really helpful for me. I set a timer of 25 minutes each time and I tried my best to complete maximum work before the timer rang. Obviously distractions pop many times but I returned to my work. I completed this task in right 2 hours. This task reduces the time by eliminating the distractions and by putting the deadlines of time.
