A mindset refers to whether you believe qualities such as intelligence and talent are fixed or changeable traits. There are two different types of mindset:

  • People with a fixed mindset believe that these qualities are inborn, fixed, and unchangeable.
  • Those with a growth mindset, on the other hand, believe that these abilities can be developed and strengthened by way of commitment and hard work.

How to develop a growth mindset:

There are many ways to develop a growth mindset but I want to add some of Amal totkay:

1-Self-Talk

Self-talk is basically your inner voice, the voice in your mind that says the things you don’t necessarily say out loud. We often don’t even realize that this running commentary is going on in the background, but our self-talk can have a big influence on how we feel about who we are. What you have to do is:

✨Listen to what What you are saying to yourself ✨Challenge yourself-talk ✨Change your self-talk (negative to positive one)

2.Get out of your Comfort Zone:

Everything you desire in your life, but do not currently have is just outside the circle, and to get it inside you’re probably going to have to do something new or different. You’re going to have to step outside of your comfort zone by:

✨Creating Moment ✨Eliminating fear ✨Seeing failure as a teacher ✨Taking baby steps ✨Taking risks ✨Focusing on the fun ✨Showing yourself honesty

3.Creat New Habits

With the the help of 3 R’s we can create a new habit on daily basis.

✨Reminder ✨Routine ✨Reward

4.Ask People Help

5.Fake it, Till You Make it

The longstanding adage “Fake it till you make it” coaches us to behave as if we’re in a position well before we master it. If you want to be a successful entrepreneur, act like you already are one. If you seek investments, imitate the behavior of someone who acquires funding often.

My favorite totka (Self Talk)

When I make a mistake, forgive myself, learn from it, and move on instead of obsessing about it.

“The way you choose to think and speak about yourself (to yourself and others), IS A CHOICE! You may have spent your whole life talking about yourself in a negative way, but that doesn’t mean you have to continue that path.” — Miya Yamanouchi
